Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Shipment:

• You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is confirmed or dispatched for shipping.

• To cancel, please contact our customer service via (WhatsApp / Email) as soon as possible.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch:

• If the order is canceled after it has been handed over to the courier (or if delivery is refused without a valid reason), the customer may be liable for the shipping fees. We also reserve the right to disable the "Cash on Delivery" option for future orders in cases of repeated non-serious cancellations.

3. Cancellation by Discount4u: We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

• The item is out of stock.

• There is a technical pricing error.

• We are unable to reach the customer to verify delivery details.

4. Refunds (For online payments):

• If the order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

  1. الإلغاء قبل الشحن:

  • يمكنك إلغاء طلبك مجاناً وبدون أي رسوم في أي وقت قبل تأكيد الطلب أو خروجه للشحن.

  • للإلغاء، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر (واتساب المتجر / خدمة العملاء) في أسرع وقت ممكن.

  2. الإلغاء بعد الشحن:

  • في حالة إلغاء الطلب بعد خروجه مع شركة الشحن (أو رفض الاستلام عند الباب بدون وجود عيب في المنتج)، يحق للمتجر المطالبة بمصاريف الشحن أو حظر خاصية "الدفع عند الاستلام" عن الحساب في الطلبات المستقبيلة لضمان الجدية.

  3. إلغاء الطلب من طرف المتجر: يحتفظ متجر Discount4u بالحق في إلغاء الطلب في الحالات التالية:

  • إذا كان المنتج غير متوفر (نفاد المخزون).

  • وجود خطأ تقني واضح في سعر المنتج.

  • إذا تعذر الوصول للعميل لتأكيد العنوان أو بيانات الاتصال.

  4. استرداد المبالغ (في حالة الدفع المسبق):

  • إذا تم إلغاء الطلب قبل الشحن، يتم رد المبلغ كاملاً لنفس وسيلة الدفع.
