Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Period:

• You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

• For manufacturing defects or wrong items, the period extends to 30 days.

2. Return Conditions:

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging (including all tags and labels).

• The original invoice must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy):

• For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for undergarments, swimwear, opened perfumes, or opened cosmetic products.

4. Shipping Costs:

• Defective/Wrong Item: Discount4u will cover all shipping fees.

• Change of Mind: If the product is intact and the customer wishes to return it, the customer is responsible for the full shipping fees.

5. Refund Process:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are processed via (Bank Transfer, E-wallet, or Store Credit) within 7-14 business days after inspecting the item.

• Electronic Payment : Refunds will be credited back to the original card used, following the bank's processing timeline.

  1. فترة الاسترجاع:

  • يحق لك استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام.

  • في حالة وجود عيب صناعة أو خطأ في المنتج المرسل، تمتد الفترة إلى 30 يوماً.

  2. شروط قبول المرتجع:

  • يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وفي عبوته وتغليفه الأصلي (بما في ذلك الملصقات والتاغ).

  • يجب إرفاق فاتورة الشراء الأصلية.

  3. المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع (لدواعي صحية):

  • لا يمكن استرجاع الملابس الداخلية، ملابس السباحة، العطور المفتوحة، ومستحضرات التجميل التي تم فك غلافها، حفاظاً على سلامة عملائنا.

  4. تكاليف الشحن:

  • عيب في المنتج: يتحمل متجر Discount4u كافة مصاريف الشحن.

  • تغيير رأي العميل: إذا كان المنتج سليم تماماً والعميل يرغب في إرجاعه، يتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن بالكامل.

  5. طريقة رد الأموال:

  • الدفع عند الاستلام: يتم رد المبلغ عبر (تحويل بنكي، محفظة إلكترونية، أو قسيمة شراء) خلال 7-14 يوم عمل من فحص المنتج.

  • الدفع الإلكتروني : يتم رد المبلغ لنفس البطاقة المستخدمة خلال الفترة التي يحددها البنك.
